Pipeline to Paycheck is designed with privacy first. Your financial data stays in your browser and never touches our servers. We collect minimal anonymous analytics to improve the product.
All of your data — including your comp plan, pipeline deals, goals, tax settings, and goal images — is stored locally in your browser using localStorage. This data never leaves your device and is never sent to any server.
Clearing your browser data or switching browsers will remove your saved data. We recommend exporting your dashboard periodically if you want to keep records.
If you use the optional paystub decoder feature, your uploaded paystub image is sent to a third-party AI service (Anthropic) for processing. The image is used solely to extract pay information and is not stored after processing is complete. We do not retain, log, or have access to your uploaded paystubs.
We use PostHog and Vercel Analytics to collect anonymous usage data such as page views, feature usage, and general engagement metrics. This data does not include any of your financial information, deal amounts, salary, or personal details.
Analytics help us understand which features are used and how to improve the product. You can block analytics by using a browser extension or ad blocker.
Pipeline to Paycheck does not use cookies for tracking. Analytics providers may use cookies or similar technologies as part of their standard operation.
Each third-party service has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data.
When you share a job offer comparison link, the comparison data is encoded in the URL itself. Anyone with the link can view the comparison. No data is stored on our servers — the link contains all the information needed to display the comparison.
The Service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
